This policy explains what personal information Exclusive Resins ("we," "us") collects through exclusiveresins.com, our online quote builder and contact form, phone calls, email and text messages, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to anyone who visits our website or contacts us about a project.

- Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and project address.
- Project details: the space, its size and condition, the system and colors you're interested in, photos you choose to upload, and anything you write in a message.
- Text messaging consent: whether you opted in to project text messages, promotional text messages, or both, and the date, time and source of that consent.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the website we collect standard technical information: browser and device type, pages viewed, the site that referred you, and an approximate location based on your IP address. We collect this through cookies and Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics.
2. How we use your information
- To prepare estimates, answer questions, schedule and complete work, and send invoices.
- To send the text messages you agreed to receive (see section 4).
- With your consent, to send occasional promotions by text or email.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it. We don't send the contents of our forms to analytics tools.
- To meet legal, licensing, tax and warranty obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, under agreements that limit how they can use it:
- Floor Nexus, the customer management platform that powers our quote builder and contact form and stores your request.
- Our text messaging and email delivery providers, solely to deliver messages to you.
- Google, for website analytics.
- Professional advisers, and authorities when the law requires it.
4. Text messaging (SMS/MMS) privacy
If you check a text messaging box on our contact or quote form, or text us first, we use your mobile number to send the messages you agreed to:
- Project texts (non-marketing): replies to your quote request, appointment reminders, project updates and customer support.
- Promotional texts: occasional special offers and service promotions, only if you separately opted in.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Full messaging terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for site functions and analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without analytics cookies.
6. How long we keep information
We keep project records for as long as needed to provide the service, honor our warranty, and meet tax and licensing record-keeping rules. We then delete or de-identify them. Text messaging consent records are kept as long as you're subscribed, and for a reasonable period after you opt out so we can show we honored it.
7. Your choices and California privacy rights
You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and out of emails with the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. If you're a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to:
- know what personal information we've collected about you and how we use and share it;
- ask us to delete or correct your personal information;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we don't sell or share it);
- not be discriminated against for using these rights.

8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Our site links to other websites, including our sister company Exclusive Resin Supply, Google and social media platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date above.
