1. Text messaging terms (SMS/MMS)
Programs
Exclusive Resins runs two text messaging programs. You can join either or both by checking the matching box on our contact or quote form.
- Exclusive Resins project texts (non-marketing): replies to your quote request, appointment reminders, project updates and customer support.
- Exclusive Resins promotional texts: occasional special offers and service promotions.
Consent
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Exclusive Resins at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number, and 18 or older.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your project and preferences. Message and data rates may apply; check your mobile plan for details.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You'll get one confirmation text, and then no further messages from that program. To rejoin, opt in again on our form or reply START. You can also opt out by calling (209) 208-4656 or emailing [email protected].

Carriers
Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Online quotes and estimates
The online quote builder gives an estimate based on the information you enter. It isn't a binding offer. Final pricing depends on the condition of the slab (cracks, existing coatings, moisture) and is confirmed in a written estimate or contract before work is scheduled.
3. Contracting and warranty
Exclusive Resins is licensed by the California Contractors State License Board, license #1124262. You can verify any contractor's license at cslb.ca.gov. Warranty terms are provided in writing with your contract. Cure times, care instructions and product limits described on this website are general guidance; your written contract and care sheet control.
4. Website content
Photos on this website show work by Exclusive Resins unless stated otherwise. Results vary with the slab, the system chosen and how the floor is used. Articles are general information, not professional advice for a specific property. Reviews are quoted from Google as written by customers.

5. Limitation of liability

The quote builder and contact form are provided by Floor Nexus, maps by Google, and links may take you to our sister company Exclusive Resin Supply or to social media. Those services have their own terms.
