Cracked Garage Slab Restoration. A garage with wide, ugly crack repairs from a past owner, restored to a clean gray flake floor.

Pick the system. Then pick the space.
A garage that parks two cars every day needs a different floor than a salon or a living room. Here's what we put down, and where each one earns its keep.

Flake systems
Full-broadcast chip floors that hide dust and tire marks. Sixteen color blends.

Where we install
Recent floors, start to finish.
Every project groups the prep, progress and finished photos from one job, so you can see how the floor was built, not just how it looks on day one.
Most of the work happens before the color goes down.
Coatings fail at the prep. That's why the first hours of every job are grinding, repair and cleaning, and why we'd rather show you that part than hide it.
Walk the slab
We look at cracks, old coatings, oil and moisture, talk through how you use the space, and recommend a system that fits it.
Grind and repair
Planetary diamond grinders with HEPA dust extraction open the concrete. Cracks are chased and filled; joints are filled or cut clean.
Build the floor
Base coat, then a full flake broadcast or a hand-worked metallic pour, depending on the system you picked.
Seal it
A clear topcoat locks in the color. On sun-exposed floors we use UV-stable topcoats that won't yellow.
Walk-through
We go over the floor with you, explain cure times for your product, and leave care instructions in writing.
A small company that does the job right.
Straight answers
No "lifetime warranty" sales pitch full of exclusions. You get a written warranty, honest advice about your slab, and if something fails because of our installation, we make it right.
The same products we stock
Our sister company, Exclusive Resin Supply, stocks field-tested Simiron and JP Resin systems. We install with the same materials we sell to other pros.
Installers who teach
Our Tracy shop is home to The Resin Lab, where installers from across the region come to train on metallic and flake systems. That standard comes to your floor.
The owner answers
Mario Castaneda runs the estimates and stays in touch through the job. Reviewers mention it again and again: quick replies, clear explanations, crews that show up on time.
