A garage with wide, ugly crack repairs from a past owner, restored to a clean gray flake floor.
The before photo says it all: dark, messy crack patches zig-zagging across a three-car slab. Those patches were ground down, the cracks were properly filled, and the whole floor was evened out.
After a full flake broadcast and topcoat, the cracks disappear into a uniform gray floor. Cracks caused by moving slabs can reappear through any coating, so we always talk through the slab's condition first.
