A wide three-car slab ground flat, joints cut clean and finished in a full-broadcast gray flake.
The photos start with a bare three-car garage: tired gray concrete, a few control joints and nothing else. Day one is all prep. A planetary diamond grinder works the whole slab while a HEPA dust extractor pulls the dust straight off the floor, so the garage doesn't fill with powder.
Day two is the build. A base coat goes down, then the flake is broadcast wall to wall until the base can't take any more. Once it cures, the loose chips are scraped and vacuumed off and a clear topcoat locks everything in. The joints read as clean straight lines instead of dirty cracks.
The result is the floor most homeowners ask us for: textured underfoot, easy to sweep, and good at hiding the dust and tire marks a working garage collects.
